CAHF seeks Development Officer, Major Gifts

Calgary Affordable Housing Foundation’s vision is that everyone in Calgary has a place to call home. We are currently seeking a Senior Development Officer, Major Gifts, to help realize this vision.

The demand is far greater. At minimum, Calgary needs approximately 2,500 additional affordable homes each year.

CAHF is the go-to fundraiser with community donors for non-profit affordable housing agencies. Over the next five years, CAHF aspires to grow annual fundraising to $10 million a year. This $10 million in annual fundraising is projected to leverage about $100 million for below-market affordable housing funding and the building of approximately 333 units annually (assuming an average cost of $300,000 per unit).
